NEW ONLINE SHOP
The big news this summer is the launch of my new online shop. My wife and son are joining me to keep this part of my business working efficiently, helping with the website maintenance and processing orders.
At the moment there is a small offering of puppies and kittens but I will soon be adding to the range of animals. In the online shop there is a choice of payment via credit card through the website or over the telephone.

Over the winter months I have given the outdoor Raku firing a rest in favour of working in Stoneware using my indoor kiln.
I have developed a range of small Kittens and Puppies for my lower price range and also have enjoyed making new medium size Lions. The production of some Fish have allowed me to experiment with some nice colours and because they each have their own distinct characters my family can’t help giving them there own names to suit.
I have continued to make my sitting hares of various sizes and have made progress in leaps and bounds with my finishing processes using coloured porcelain slips and oxide washes giving the pieces quite a natural textured look.

JULY 2010 Cambridge Open Studios
July weekends 9/10, 16/17 and 24/25 I will be opening my studio from 11am to 6pm for members of the public to view and purchase work. I normally continue to make throughout the day so that people can see my working process.
We will be hosting 3 other members of Open Studios:
Sonia Villiers: Painter also supplying prints and gift cards
Maureen Mace: Painter also supplying prints and gift cards
Rebecca Ilett: Jeweller in Gold, silver and precious stones.
AUGUST 2010 Anglian Potters Association Cambridge Summer show. Emmanuel College Cambridge
Saturday 14th August to Wednesday 1st September
A wide range of potters and sculptors will be exhibiting their work at this long running selling event for the association.

NOVEMBER 2010 The Art Craft & Design Show, Milennium Grandstand, Newmarket, Suffolk.
Friday 5th to Sunday 7th November
I will be sharing a stand along with a few other members of the Anglian Potters Association. First time at this show so please come a long and have a browse.
